Enable Vista Theme (Aero) and Windows Media Player 11 in Windows Server 2008

- open Server Manager
- open Features
- Add Features
- check Desktop Experience
- follow the instructions up to reboot

after reboot
- open Server Manager
- open Configuration
- open Services
- right click on Themes - choose Properties
- "Startup type": choose Automatic
- click Start

- on the Desktop - choose Personalize
- open Theme - choose Vista Theme
- open Windows Color and Appearance - choose Aero
- Enjoy
